Pictures from a relatively warm day in a generally cold month
December was generally a cold month, but the day we hit Omotesando and Harajuku, the weather was unseasonably warm. Fashion in Japan is never purely weather-conscious, however, so we still got a preview of winter trends.
Almost every single woman was wearing tights, either in subtle neutrals, argyle, or other patterns. Tights make shorts and miniskirts possible all the way through late autumn as long as the tops are warm.
